We sell products to customers in Finland, the EU and Norway.
All prices include VAT (13.5%) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms.
2. Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete contact information.
3. Payment methods
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7).
Paytrail offers payment methods such as Finnish online banking payments, card payments and other payment options available through Paytrail at the time of purchase.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a company licensed as a payment institution.

4. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT (13.5%).
Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders over €100.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
5. Delivery
We deliver to Finland, the EU and Norway.

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on the destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns
The redder products are food products.
According to consumer protection legislation, food products are not eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons.
We do not accept returns.

7. Complaints
If the product is defective or there has been an error in delivery, the customer must contact customer service within a reasonable time:

Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price.
8. Orders
Redder offers recurring subscriptions.
Orders are automatically charged for the selected delivery interval.
The customer can cancel the order at any time before the next billing date by logging into their customer account or contacting customer service.
Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.
9. Limitation of liability
Redder products are food and not medicines.
The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The customer is responsible for using the product in accordance with the instructions provided.
Kolme Sadasosaa Oy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.
Consumers have the right to refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
Customers are encouraged to first contact customer service before escalating any dispute.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj operates as a payment collection service provider and is an authorized payment institution.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank or credit card invoice. Paytrail Oyj forwards the payment to the merchant.
