2. Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete contact information.
3. Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7).
Paytrail provides payment methods including Finnish online banking payments, card payments, and other payment options available through Paytrail at the time of purchase.
Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on the bank statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

4. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT (13.5%).
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders over 100 €.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
5. Delivery
We deliver to Finland, the EU, and Norway.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns
Redder products are food products.
In accordance with consumer protection legislation, food products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
We do not accept returns.

7. Complaints
If a product is defective or there has been an error in delivery, the customer must contact customer service within a reasonable time:

Complaints are handled case-by-case. We may replace the product or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
8. Subscription Orders
Redder offers recurring subscription orders.
Subscription orders are automatically charged according to the selected delivery interval.
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing date by logging into their customer account or contacting customer service.
Orders that have already entered processing cannot be cancelled.
9. Limitation of Liability
Redder products are food products and not medicines.
The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The customer is responsible for using the product according to the provided instructions.
Kolme Sadasosaa Oy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.
Consumers have the right to submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
Customers are encouraged to first contact customer service before escalating any dispute.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution.
Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.
